About this page
A "sub-processor" is a third party that processes personal information on behalf of IP Infusion to deliver our website, marketing, sales, and support services. Each sub-processor below is bound by a written data-processing agreement that includes GDPR Article 28 / UK GDPR / LGPD-compliant terms, security obligations, and (where personal data leaves the EEA, UK, or Switzerland) appropriate transfer safeguards under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or local equivalents.

Affiliates
The following IP Infusion / ACCESS group entities may process personal information as part of normal business operations:
- ACCESS CO., LTD. (Tokyo, Japan) — parent company. Japan benefits from an adequacy decision under GDPR.
- IP Infusion India Pvt. Ltd. (Bangalore, India) — engineering, support. Transfers under EU SCCs / UK IDTA.
- IP Infusion Korea (Seoul, South Korea) — sales, support. Transfers under EU SCCs / UK IDTA; South Korea has a partial adequacy decision.
Notification of changes
If we engage a new sub-processor, we will update this page at least 30 days before the new sub-processor begins processing personal information of existing customers, except in cases of urgent security or legal need. Customers who have signed up for change notifications will receive an email with the planned change and effective date. Reasonable objections may be raised to privacy@ipinfusion.com.
