Kiyoyasu (Kiyo) Oishi

President and Chief Executive Officer, ACCESS CO., LTD., CEO of IP Infusion

With more than 30 years of experience in global information technology as a business and corporate development executive, Kiyo Oishi is the Chairman and CEO of IP Infusion. He is also the President and CEO of ACCESS CO., LTD. Prior to joining ACCESS, Kiyo held marketing leadership positions at Geoworks, where he successfully initiated and managed embedded operating system software licensing deals with leading consumer electronics companies. Prior to Geoworks, Kiyo worked at Sony Corporation, where he was responsible for marketing and business developments for consumer electronics products. Kiyo joined ACCESS in 1999 and was promoted to senior vice president of Global Marketing in 2004. He became an executive officer in 2005. He was appointed chief executive officer for ACCESS Systems Americas in 2009 and afterwards he was responsible for looking over the global operations of ACCESS Group. He became a director on the ACCESS board and Chief Business Development Officer in 2011. He has been appointed to President and CEO of ACCESS CO., LTD. in December 2017. Kiyo holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.

Kelly LeBlanc

Chief Operating Officer

Kelly LeBlanc is responsible for managing IP Infusion locally, based at the Santa Clara Headquarters. Previously she was Chief Marketing and Product Officer (CMO) for IP Infusion, responsible for global marketing and product management. Kelly is a seasoned Silicon Valley executive with 28 years of experience across multiple technology markets. Prior to IP Infusion, Kelly was the CMO of Pica8 where she managed global marketing for the company’s enterprise and data center software solutions. Prior to Pica8, she managed global marketing and business development for 6WIND, including driving the company’s transition to vRouter solutions. Prior to 6WIND, Kelly was the Head of Worldwide Marketing for A10 Networks when the company became the fastest growing Silicon Valley networking company prior to Initial Public Offering (IPO). She also held marketing positions at Fortinet and VERITAS Software. Kelly began her career at several top ten Public Relations agencies for Hewlett-Packard and Sun Microsystems. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo, California.

Susan Solat

Chief Human Resources Officer

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Susan Solat is responsible for global talent acquisition, employee compensation and benefits administration, real estate and site services. Susan has extensive experience as a human resources leader with global HR expertise in employee engagement, talent management and policy development for a variety of startup and industry leading technology companies. Prior to joining IP Infusion, she was Senior Director, Human Resources at Autonomy; HR Director at Sun Microsystems; and Director of Global Shared Services at Cisco Systems. Susan was also co-founder of Solat & Sellin, a HR consulting practice with a client base including Genetech, NetApp, and Symantec. Susan holds a Masters of Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University; a Masters of Science in Education, Educational and Organizational Behavior from Wheelock College; and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Education from Fredonia State University.

Shaji Ravindra Nathan

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Shaji Nathan is responsible for leading IP Infusion’s technology direction. Shaji has extensive experience as an industry technology leader with a track record of bringing disruptive and innovative networking products to market focused on carriers and enterprises for startup and industry leading technology companies. Shaji has more than 18 years of experience in product management and technical marketing in the networking industry. Prior to joining IP Infusion, he was Director, Product Management at Nuvon Inc.; Product Line Manager at Cisco Systems for over 13 years working in Cisco’s Enterprise Networking group, for the multi-billion dollar ISR product portfolio. Shaji holds an MBA from the Lucas Graduate School of Business at San Jose State University; a Master of Science in Electronics, from Indiana State University; and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Raipur, India.

Tom Savoie

Chief Sales Officer

Tom Savoie leads the global sales organization at IP Infusion. Tom has a quarter century of experience in the networking and software domains and is responsible for go-to-market strategy and execution. Having worked for Telecom Carriers, Network Equipment Manufacturers, as well as OS and middleware/protocol software companies, he has a uniquely broad set of experiences and market perspective. Tom is deeply passionate about the disruption of proprietary, closed, complex, and costly legacy network systems. He has focused his career on disaggregation, openness, and virtualization since the very beginnings of the Whitebox/NOS, SDN, and NFV movements. Tom rejoined IP Infusion 2019 to help write the next chapter in the company’s evolution and growth. The company’s objectives and Tom’s personal mission are well aligned. He previously worked at IP Infusion from 2009 to 2013, a period during which the company grew revenues 10X, as an Account Manager, then Vice President of the Americas, and ultimately as the Vice President of Global Sales. Prior to rejoining IPI, Tom held roles at Dell, where he was Open Networking Principal for U.S. Network Operators, and as Vice President of Sales at Intel/Wind River where he built a new networking focused sales team targeting TEMs and Network Operators. In both roles he was focused on network evolution via Whitebox NOS, SDN, and NFV. Tom also has held leadership positions at Nortel, Tasman Networks, Global Crossing, and Sprint. Tom holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado.

Vinayak Kamat

Chief Engineering Officer

Vinayak Kamat is a seasoned networking technology executive with extensive experience in building Enterprise and Service Provider Class networking solutions. In his role as Chief Engineering Officer, he is responsible for technical leadership and management of the engineering teams to ensure that IP Infusion’s product vision is realized through excellent engineering execution. Prior to joining IP Infusion, Vinayak was founder of Sahasra Communication Systems, a company focused on next generation ultra-high capacity wireless technology. As Senior Director of Engineering at Cisco Systems, he was responsible for the IPSec, WAN, Load Balancer and Storage Services engineering groups, and integrating cisco and third party L4-L7 solutions as physical blades and virtualized services into data center switching products. During his 18-year career at Cisco Systems, he also served as Director of Software Engineering managing the entire enterprise L2-L4 switching software with an engineering team located worldwide. Vinayak has a B.E. in Electronic Engineering from the University of Bombay, India.

Abhijeet Prabhune

Chief Customer Success Officer

As Chief Customer Success Officer, Abhijeet Prabhune leads the pre-sales and customer support teams to help IP Infusion customers adopt open networking. Abhijeet is a seasoned leader with experience in solution architecture, product management, and marketing in diverse technical markets from embedded software to systems to cloud and SaaS. Abhijeet is deeply passionate about broadband for all and believes an open networking ecosystem is the way to achieve that goal. This mission brought Abhijeet back to IP Infusion in 2021 as the VP of Solutions Engineering. Abhijeet has led teams in multiple technology startups delivering 10X growth. Prior to joining IP Infusion Abhijeet led solution architecture at Elementum for a SaaS product, and product and solutions at Netronome for virtualized networking and SmartNICs. He started his career in Engineering at Ciena, and Cisco and then moved to sales engineering with IP Infusion and later WindRiver/Intel. Most recently he was in product marketing at Asana driving solutions and enterprise marketing to help it grow to $230 million in ARR. Abhijeet holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master’s in Computer Science from the State University of New York in Binghamton, New York.

Vince Schuele

Chief Quality Officer

As Chief Quality Officer, Vincent Schuele is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout IP Infusion. Previously, he served as a channel solutions engineer and later led both the global channel SE team and the customer engineering team. He has a diverse background, beginning with his service in the U.S. Army as a Signal Officer and Network Systems Engineer, where he spearheaded transformational projects in coalition networks and cybersecurity. In this capacity, he gained multinational leadership experience and worked with international organizations, including NATO. Following his military service, he became a consultant focused on service provider networks, managing mergers and acquisitions, network design, and migrations. Vince holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Sudarsan Naganathan

Managing Director

Sudarsan comes with a rich experience of more than 22 years in the R&D in the communications and networking industry. He has built and managed vast Delivery teams, spanning across Product Design, Development, Solution Engineering and Customizations. In the current role, he is heading IP Infusion Software India Private Limited, which is a fully owned subsidiary of IP Infusion Inc. His previous work experience includes leadership roles at Aricent, wherein he worked as Director-Engineering. Here, he played an anchoring role in building an Offshore Development Centre for a leading OEM, growing the account size to 150+ engineers. He was also leading the Products Team at Aricent, focusing on OEMs and Service Providers. In his position at Wipro, he was working in the Center of Excellence, wherein new product ideas were incubated. He has also published IETF drafts in an endeavour to standardize implementations. Sudarsan has a B.E degree from University of Madras.
