20th ANNIVERSARY

We’re celebrating our 20th anniversary this year. 20 years of advancing technology for network operating systems. 20 years of innovation and customer satisfaction.

We were founded in 1999 by Kunihiro Ishiguro and Yoshinari Yoshikawa as a commercial-grade, hardware-independent network software for IPv4 and IPv6. The vision for IP Infusion comes from Ishiguro’s background as the co-founder and developer of open source Zebra and his experience running the first IPv6 network in Tokyo in 1995. IP Infusion was acquired by ACCESS in 2006.

Based on our 20 years of experience, we have proven, robust networking solutions, with the OcNOS CP network platform that’s designed to help build network devices for future-proof networks. Over 300 customers worldwide, including major networking equipment manufacturers, use the respected OcNOS CP platform to build networks to address the
evolving needs of cloud, carrier and mobile networking.

And we’re growing. In 2018 we acquired Northforge Innovations, an expert software consulting and development company. Northforge complements our commitment to deliver white box operating systems for disaggregated networking customers.
