Cell site and RAN edge
OcNOS-SP terminates 4G and 5G xHaul at the cell site with IEEE 1588v2 and SyncE timing, backhauled over SR-MPLS on temperature-hardened platforms.
Access and broadband aggregation
Upstream of the access node, OcNOS-SP aggregates FTTx, OLT, and fixed-wireless uplinks with hierarchical QoS and deep-buffer silicon for microbursts.
Metro Ethernet services
Across the metro, OcNOS-SP delivers MEF 3.0 Carrier Ethernet, E-LINE, E-LAN, E-TREE, and E-Access over EVPN and SR-MPLS, with Y.1731 OAM and G.8032 ring protection.
IP core and peering
At the core and internet edge, OcNOS-SP holds the full internet BGP table for transit and peering and runs the SR-MPLS and SRv6 core, with TI-LFA fast reroute under 50 milliseconds on 14.4 Tbps merchant silicon.
Optical transport (IPoDWDM)
Under the metro and core spans, 400G OpenZR+ coherent optics run straight from the routing CLI, collapsing the external transponder shelf into the router.
