Privacy Request

Exercise your privacy rights — access, correct, delete, port your data, or opt out of "sale" or "sharing"

Response time: we will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and complete it within the timeframe required by your law (generally 30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA, 15 days under LGPD). If we need more time, we will tell you why.

Use this form to submit a request under GDPR, UK GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA, Brazil's LGPD, Canada's PIPEDA / Quebec Law 25, the Australian Privacy Act, or any other privacy law that applies to you. Authorized agents may also submit on behalf of an individual — see "Authorized agent" below.

What you can ask for

  • Access — a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction / rectification — fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion / erasure — remove your personal information, subject to retention obligations.
  • Portability — a structured, machine-readable export.
  • Restriction or objection — limit or object to certain processing (including direct marketing or profiling).
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw any consent you previously gave.
  • Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (California) — we do not sell personal information for money; this confirms opt-out of cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Quebec Law 25 — request the factors in any automated decision, transfer assessment information, or other Law 25 rights.

Submit a request

We use this to verify your identity and to respond. If you have multiple emails, list the others in the Details field.

If yes, attach written authorization to privacy@ipinfusion.com with subject line including this request's reference number (you'll receive one in our acknowledgement email).

By submitting, you agree to IP Infusion processing these details to respond to your request, per our プライバシーポリシー. We will not use them for marketing.

You can also email privacy@ipinfusion.com from the address associated with your data, with the words "Privacy Request" in the subject line and the same information you would provide in the form above.

Authorized agent

An authorized agent (such as a parent, legal guardian, or service that handles privacy requests for you) may submit a request on your behalf. We will require written, signed authorization from you, and we may contact you directly to confirm the request before fulfilling it. California residents may submit through any agent registered with the California Secretary of State.

If we cannot resolve your request

We hope to address every request to your satisfaction. If we cannot, you may lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority — see section 10 of our プライバシーポリシー for the relevant authority in each jurisdiction.
