1. Current EULAs
Use of IP Infusion software is governed by the End User License Agreement that applies to each product. The current public EULAs are available below as PDFs.

IP Infusion software includes open-source and third-party components licensed under their own terms. The applicable open-source notices, attributions, and source-availability statements are delivered with the software (typically in LICENSES/ or an equivalent directory inside the distribution). Nothing in our EULA restricts your rights under any open-source license that applies to a component covered by that license.
3. Evaluation, demo, and free-tier software
Software made available through our Free Software Demos hub (OcNOS VM, IP Maestro VM, and similar) is licensed for non-production evaluation only and is governed by the corresponding EULA above plus any evaluation terms shown at download. Production deployment requires a separate commercial license.
4. Export controls & sanctions
IP Infusion software is subject to U.S. export-administration regulations and the export-control laws of other jurisdictions. You are responsible for complying with all applicable export, re-export, and sanctions laws — including U.S. EAR, OFAC sanctions, EU Dual-Use Regulation, and equivalent regimes — and you may not download, license, install, or use the software in violation of those laws or in any sanctioned jurisdiction or by any sanctioned end-user or for any sanctioned end-use.
5. Government use
If you are a U.S. Government end-user, IP Infusion software and documentation are "Commercial Items" as defined in FAR 2.101, consisting of "Commercial Computer Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation," and are licensed to you with only those rights set forth in our standard commercial EULA, consistent with FAR 12.212 and DFARS 227.7202. For non-U.S. government end-users, equivalent commercial terms apply.
6. Master agreements
If you have entered into a signed master purchase, license, or services agreement with IP Infusion, that agreement controls in the event of any conflict with the EULA delivered with the software. To request a copy of an executed agreement or a current redline, contact your IP Infusion account team or email legal@ipinfusion.com.
