Annual Maintenance with updates Only - Includes updates, but does NOT include any email support, 7 X 24 access to the Support Website or the case management system. Updates include bug fixes, or performance or error corrections for the Development Software. "Update" does not include any release, option or program that IP Infusion licenses separately from the Development Software or that IP Infusion makes available to its supported licensees for an additional fee. |

The term “update” means any bug fixes or performance or error corrections for the Development Software generally denoted by a change in the number to the right of the second decimal point (such as a version change from X.Y.1 to X.Y.2), and that IP Infusion makes generally available, at no additional license fee to its licensees, who have purchased and paid for annual maintenance and support services that include updates. “Update” does not include any release, option or program that IP Infusion licenses separately from the Development Software, or that IP Infusion makes available to its supported licensees for an additional fee.
The term “upgrade” means any version change for the Development Software with substantial improvements, enhancements and bug fixes, generally represented by a change in the number to the right of the first decimal point (from X.1 to X.2, for example). “Upgrade” does not include any release, option or program that IP Infusion licenses separately from the Development Software, or that IP Infusion makes available to its supported licensees for an additional fee. For purposes of clarification, an upgrade does not include any version change denoted by a change in the number to the left of the first decimal point (from X.Y.Z to A.1.1, for example).
