IP Infusion manages its professional service engagements with a combination of San Jose-based engineers and members of our offshore team located in India. All resources are highly skilled in software development, as well as experienced with IP Infusion’s ZebOS software development platform and comprehensive suite of standards-compliant protocols.
The offshore resources, in particular, offer our customers a unique advantage of readily available resources that can be scaled to meet rigorous requirements at an extremely attractive cost.
For each and every engagement, IP Infusion will create and deploy an exclusive team for the customer to address their specific needs and requirements. This team will work against clearly defined milestones agreed upon by IP Infusion and the customer to deliver a solution in a high-quality cost-effective manner
Examples of Professional Services include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Accelerated roadmap development
Customers who require a feature that is part of IP Infusion’s future roadmap of ZebOS can engage our Professional Services team to include the feature in a current release.
- Porting/integration for different silicon
Customers who require support for chipsets not currently supported by ZebOS can engage our Professional Services team to develop and test a new Hardware Integration Platform.
- Development of customer-specific enhancements
Enhancements currently not part of a roadmap, but important to a customer, can be implemented in either a customer specific branch or within an existing ZebOS branch.
- Customer development augmentation
IP Infusion’s Professional Services team can provide assistance to a customer’s development team to help integrate ZebOS, enabling customers to focus on their core product development.
- Performance and Tuning services
The Professional Services team can be engaged to customize ZebOS to meet performance numbers defined in the spec sheet of the end product.
IP Infusion works with Customers to accurately define requirements, determine resources, estimate delivery schedule and quantify costs. Development is managed by IP Infusion and reviewed with the customer throughout the project. Tested Engineering Releases are provided to the Customer when development is complete. Projects can be provided on a Time & Materials basis or through Project-based services.
