Len Eisenstein, Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Joins IP Infusion Executive Management Team

October 27, 2004, San Jose, California - IP Infusion Inc., the leading provider of intelligent network software for enhanced IP services, announced today that Len Eisenstein has joined IP Infusion’s executive management team as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales. In his role Mr. Eisenstein will be responsible for managing IP Infusion’s global sales. He will report directly to Perry Constantine, IP Infusion President and CEO.

Len Eisenstein brings over 20 years of experience building and leading successful sales and systems support teams in the software systems, data networking, and telecommunications industries. Throughout his career he has excelled at growing sales with major carriers, OEM’s, VAR’s, and Fortune 500 companies around the world.

Prior to IP Infusion, he served as a consultant to Tsunami Ventures Consulting, where he primarily focused on creating strategies for OEM/ODM and strategic partnering for several telecoms and networking companies. Mr. Eisenstein has also held sales leadership and executive management positions with Sero Networks, Larscom (merged with Vina), Trillium Digital Systems (an Intel Company), Ariel Corporation, Integrated Network Corporation (sold to Cisco), and Telco Systems. Mr. Eisenstein earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from the City College of New York and an MBA from Baruch College, New York.
