IP Infusion Reorganizes Its Sales and Marketing Executive Management Team

Stephen Mock To Head Marketing And Business Development and Donald Adams To Head North America Sales

October 27, 2004, San Jose, California - IP Infusion Inc., the leading provider of intelligent network software for enhanced IP services platforms, announced today the promotions of Stephen Mock to Vice President, Marketing and Business Development and Donald Adams to Vice President of North America Sales. Mr. Mock has been with IP Infusion in the role of Vice President of Business Development since 2000; and Mr. Adams has been with the company since early 2004 in the role of Director of Sales, Western US Region. In their new roles, Mr. Mock will develop and manage the company’s marketing and business development functions and will continue to report directly to President and CEO, Perry Constantine; and Mr. Adams will be responsible for managing IP Infusion’s North America sales, reporting directly to Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Len Eisenstein.

Stephen Mock has spent over 12 years in the telecommunications and networking industries, holding product marketing, business development, and product development positions in both start-up and Fortune500 companies. Prior to IP Infusion, he worked as Vice President of Product Development in a technology incubator and Director of Product Marketing at PocketScience, a mobile email service provider. He also worked at Sony Corporation, where he held positions in the corporate strategy group, where he created product strategy for cellular phone product lines and analyzed new telecommunications business opportunities, and in the semiconductor marketing and sales group. Mr. Mock holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Donald Adams brings more than 20 years of experience in the computer industry with both start-up and large companies. Most recently, he was Vice President of Sales at Netmachines, Inc., a developer of server appliances. Mr. Adams has served in senior sales and marketing positions with Adaptec, Mylex, Osborne Computer, and Williams Communications. He received a Master’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering from San Jose State University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
