Phanindra Jujjavarapu, Vice President Of Engineering, And Kim Peyser, Vice President of Worldwide OEM Sales, Join IP Infusion Executive Management Team
November 26, 2003, San Jose, California - IP Infusion, a leading provider of intelligent network software for enhanced IP services, announced today that it has added two new members to its executive management team, Phanindra Jujjavarapu, Vice President of Engineering; and Kim Peyser, Vice President of Worldwide OEM Sales. In their new roles, Mr. Jujjavarapu will be responsible for managing IP Infusion's core engineering team in its San Jose corporate headquarters and overseeing the company's product development projects; and Mr. Peyser will be responsible for managing IP Infusion's worldwide OEM sales. Both Mr. Jujjavarapu and Mr. Peyser will report directly to IP Infusion President and CEO, Nick Keating.
Phanindra Jujjavarapu has over 16 years of hands on software development and management experience with a record of success in both large and small companies. Prior to joining IP Infusion, he was a founder and Vice President of Software at Maple Optical Systems. Mr. Jujjavarapu has also held technical and management positions at Lucent/Ascend Communications, Cisco Systems, Excelan, and National Semiconductor. In the past, he has played key roles in defining and standardizing OSPF routing architecture and implementing TCP/IP, ARP, and RIP protocols. Mr. Jujjavarapu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University India and a M.S. in Computer Science from Old Dominion University.
Kim Peyser brings over 25 years of sales experience and has been a vice president at numerous publicly traded technology companies. Prior to IP Infusion, Mr. Peyser served as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Alacritech, where he was instrumental in developing strategic alliances with OEM customers and partner's such as IBM, HP, Avid, Pinnacle, HDS, Sony, and Phillips. Mr. Peyser has also held various management positions, including vice president of worldwide channel sales at Cisco Systems; CEO of Reach Software Corporation; vice president of the Americas sales for Novell, Inc.; and vice president of sales at Merisel. He holds a degree in Business Administration.
