IP Infusion Appoints David Hodges Vice President
and General Counsel
San Jose, CA, July 23, 2002 IP Infusion, a leading
provider of intelligent network software for enhanced IP services,
announced today that David Hodges has joined the company as Vice
President and General Counsel. In his new role, Mr. Hodges will
be responsible for managing all legal and intellectual property-related
aspects of the company's business. He will report directly to IP
Infusion President and CEO, Nick Keating.
Mr. Hodges joins IP Infusion in its San Jose, CA, corporate headquarters.
Prior to joining IP Infusion, he served as Vice President and General
Counsel at Moai Technologies, Inc., an e-commerce software company,
and at ArrayComm, Inc., a wireless technology company. He has also
held various positions in the legal department at Network Equipment
Technologies, Inc., and before that he was a partner in the law
firm of Cooley Godward LLP.

Mr. Hodges holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of Arizona
and a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of
the Law.
