Koichi  NarasakiKoichi Narasaki, President and CEO

Koichi Narasaki has more than 30 years of experience in the global Information Technology market as a business and corporate development executive. Prior to joining IP Infusion, he was senior vice president of corporate development and finance at ACCESS Co. Ltd. (IP Infusion's parent company), a global provider of advanced software for communications markets, where he drove major acquisition deals. Previously, Mr. Narasaki held senior business and corporate development positions at Lineo, Inc. (U.S.A.) and Mitsubishi International (U.S.A.). Mr. Narasaki started his business career with Mitsubishi Corporation, one of the largest conglomerates in the world, where he was the senior manager of the Telecomm Network Systems Dept. and the Information Systems Marketing Dept. as well as holding many other managerial positions over 17 years. While at Mitsubishi, he led a strategic founding investment deal into an emerging PCS carrier, Go Communications Corporation (VA, U.S.A.), and was seconded there as the Director of Corporate Development and participated in the world's first radio spectrum auction organized by F.C.C. Mr. Narasaki holds a Bachelor's degree from Waseda University, an MBA from University of Phoenix, and a U.S. CPA certificate. He is also a Japanese Government certified Chief Transmission and Switching Engineer (Densou Koukan Shunin Gijutusha) as well as a Chief Radio Technical Operator (Dai 1-kyuu Rikujou Musen Gijutsushi).

 

Koichi  NarasakiKunihiro Ishiguro, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder

Kunihiro Ishiguro is a leading Internet engineer, and has particular expertise in domains and Internet Protocol routing. Mr. Ishiguro is an active member of the JPNIC, which is the Internet domain and IP address management body for Japan. He is the founder and chairman of Japan Network Operators Group (JANOG), a regular participant on the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) committees and has submitted several draft RFCs. Prior to establishing IP Infusion Inc. in San Jose, Mr. Ishiguro worked for Software Research Associates as a Senior Engineer at NIS, a joint venture between British Telecom and Marubeni, and Digital Magic Labs, Inc. Mr. Ishiguro holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Hokkaido University.

 

Koichi  NarasakiStuart Crumbaugh, Chief Financial Officer

Stuart Crumbaugh brings more than 20 years of diverse financial experience including working with both public and private companies and leading M&A transactions. Mr. Crumbaugh was most recently the VP of Finance with Virage Logic, Inc. (Nasdaq: VIRL - a semiconductor IP company), where he successfully integrated two acquisitions and scaled the operations to support and achieve 100% revenue growth before being acquired by Synopys, Inc. (Nasdaq: SNPS) in late 2010. Prior to Virage he served in various roles at Solera Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SLH – a global insurance claims software company) including as the CFO for the Americas and Global VP of Finance. Solera was formed in 2005 and acquired the Claims Services group from ADP (NYSE: ADP) in 2006. Stuart was one of the key management team members from ADP that was part of the divestiture and sale to Solera. He continued on with Solera and was instrumental in preparing and taking Solera through its successful IPO in 2007. During his 5 years at Solera, global revenue increased 50% to nearly $600 million and adjusted EBITDA increased 75% to more than $200 million. Stuart has also worked with other early stage software companies, including Bang Networks, and was part of the management team that helped take IDG Books Worldwide public in 1998. Stuart began his career with Arthur Andersen after graduating from Michigan State University with BA in Accounting and Business Administration.

 

Koichi  NarasakiCraig Lewis, VP Worldwide Sales and Business Development

For more than 25 years Craig Lewis has led global sales, business development, and field engineering organizations focused on long term successful business relationships that fuel revenue and profit growth for customers and his companies. Prior to IP Infusion, Mr. Lewis held executive, sales, and field operations leadership roles for software, communications, and microelectronics firms including Cadence, Business Objects SAP, PMC Sierra, and Vitesse Semiconductor. During his tenure at these and other firms, revenue grew at rates exceeding 200% annually, spanning start-up levels through $600M revenue streams. He has fueled revenue growth at a microelectronics firm and launched a successful IPO, helped another to attain position #4 in executive ranking and #17 overall on the Wall Street Journal's 'Top 50 Venture Backed Companies' list, and has consistently built and led world class global and strategic accounts and regional sales teams. Craig has a BS in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and is a member of the Advisory Board to the School of Science at Monmouth University.

 

Koichi  NarasakiSandy Orlando, VP Marketing

Sandy Orlando has more than 15 years of experience developing winning marketing and business strategies for high-tech companies in networking, software, and embedded technologies. Prior to joining IP Infusion, Ms. Orlando created the marketing organization and led the branding strategy for SatoriTech, an early-stage start-up in data center optimization SaaS. Prior to that Sandy led the successful turn-around of Wind River's On-Chip Debugging and Compiler businesses, growing the business at double the market rate and establishing Wind River as the leader in multicore debugging. Sandy has also held executive positions at Nortel, where she led the Enterprise Network and Service Management as well as the Clarify Support and Logistics businesses. Sandy has a BA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

 

Koichi  NarasakiRavi Mittal, Managing Director of IP Infusion India R&D Center of Excellence

Ravi Mittal brings more than 20 years of networking and communications technology experience to his role of incorporating and growing IP Infusion's R&D Center of Excellence in Bangalore. Before joining IP Infusion, Ravi served at Nokia India as Director of Engineering leading multinational teams at Finland, UK, and India in work on runtime, mobile phone security, and device management technologies for Symbian Smartphones. He was also VP of Engineering at Symbian India where he led the Core Systems and Protocols group. He has also held executive positions at Aricent, IBM, and Hughes Software Systems. Ravi has served on the faculty of Computer Science and Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Madras and has authored over 30 papers in International Journals and Conferences. He is also a member of IEEE and a founding member of Advanced Computing and Communication Society of India. Ravi has a B. Eng. in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Jabalpur, a M. Tech. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, and a PhD in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.
